From Cedar Park and Crestview to Eagle Lake Manor, North Cape, Racine. Union Grove, Wind Lake and all communities throughout the county, the Racine Community Foundation is committed to improving the communities of Racine County.

Each year, the Racine Community Foundation awards grants to improve our communities, addressing arts and culture, basic needs, community development, education, environment, health and human services.

Additionally, the Racine Community Foundation partners with other community organizations, launching key initiatives that better our region.
